No. You put your product together yourself in the configurator, see the price straight away and order online. Have a project you can't put together in the webshop? Feel free to contact us. For very large projects, we're happy to discuss a tailored price.

Yes. Alushop works with both professionals and DIYers, and aims to offer both the best value for money.

You choose, using the VAT switch at the top of the page. Prices include packaging and exclude delivery costs.

You pay in advance and online, for example with Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna. We process your order as soon as payment has been received in full.

After delivery, you receive your invoice by e-mail. Business customers receive their invoice automatically via Peppol.

No, you can also order a single piece. Because even a small order involves set-up costs, packaging and warehouse work, we charge a €15 (excl. VAT) handling fee for custom orders under €50 (excl. VAT).

Everything is made to measure to the millimetre, up to 4000 mm long. Sheet metal can be made up to 1500 x 4000 mm. If your wall cappings, roof trims or window sills are longer, you join several pieces with connectors.

• Mill-finish aluminium • Anodised aluminium (natural) • Powder-coated in over 1000 RAL colours. Our standard colours are at least 10% cheaper.

That way the coating doesn't crack at the folds, and your part stays neatly finished, even in the corners.

Yes. Aluminium can expand by up to 1 mm per running metre. Allow for this when measuring and installing, and leave enough space between the pieces.

Yes, colours on a screen are always indicative.

We deliver most products in about two weeks. Indicative, in working days: • Sheet metal: 10 to 12 • Profiles: 10 to 12 (less common sizes: 15 to 17) • Wall cappings: 10 to 12 (with corner or end pieces: 20 to 22) • Roof trims and window sills: 10 to 12 (with corner pieces: 20 to 22) • Sandwich panels: 12 to 14 • Accessories: 1 to 2 • Anodised finish: 5 extra working days

• Free from €399 (excl. VAT) • Custom parts longer than 1 metre: by our own transport, €20, €40 or €60 depending on your postcode • Up to 1 metre and standard products: by an external carrier; you see the cost at checkout

We ship parts up to 1 metre and standard products to all EU countries. Custom parts longer than 1 metre are delivered in Belgium only.

• We deliver at ground level. Please make sure the unloading area is easily accessible. • If delivery on site is not possible, an additional transport fee may apply. • If our driver has to wait longer than 15 minutes, we charge €10 per started quarter of an hour. • Large orders may arrive in several deliveries.

• Report visible damage immediately on delivery. • Report a hidden defect in writing within 8 days of discovering it, via hello@alushop.be. • Business customers report complaints within 2 working days of delivery.

Custom work cannot be cancelled, because production starts as soon as you order. Standard products can be cancelled as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Custom work: no. Everything is made to measure for you and cannot be reused. • Standard products, such as accessories and care products: yes, within 14 calendar days of receipt, unused and in the unopened original packaging. Let us know by e-mail via hello@alushop.be. Return shipping is at your own expense; after receipt and inspection, we refund you within 7 days.
