Shipping of Custom Aluminium Products
At Alushop, we ensure that your custom aluminium products are delivered safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping options:
Free delivery from €399
Orders from €399 (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge, regardless of size or destination.
Shipping Categories
- Custom products larger than 1 meter: Delivery is handled by Alushop using internal transport. Delivery is only available within Belgium. The delivery cost depends on your location and is calculated during checkout based on the delivery address:
- Zone 1: €20
- Zone 2: €40
- Zone 3: €60
The correct zone is automatically determined based on your postal code.
- Custom products up to 1 meter and standard products: Delivery is handled by an external carrier. Shipping is available to all countries within the EU. The transport cost is automatically calculated during checkout, based on the delivery address.

Shipping Terms
Deliveries are made to the ground floor of the address or collection point specified. The customer must ensure that the delivery location is easily accessible. If delivery is not possible due to local circumstances (inaccessibility, closure, insufficient space, …), an additional transport fee may be charged.
If delivery is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to the customer (e.g. waiting time for unloading or clearing space), Alushop reserves the right to charge €10 per started quarter hour.
Delivery times are indicative. Delay can never give rise to compensation or cancellation of the order. Custom-made products generally have a longer delivery time than stock products. Alushop is entitled to make partial deliveries. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Returns
Custom-made products: Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom aluminium, bent profiles, roof edges, wall caps, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. These orders cannot be cancelled or returned, as production begins immediately after ordering.
Standard products: For standard products (such as fasteners, maintenance products or accessories), the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after receipt applies. The customer must notify Alushop in writing via e-mail (hello@alushop.be) within this period. The goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and at the customer’s expense. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.
